Volunteers like Pat are why CARE is such a success.  He is so committed to helping others, but still has time for himself and his family.  While Pat has a full time job, volunteers driving people to their cancer treatment appointments, has a family including a 90 year old mother who he visits often, and is an avid traveler, he still finds time to volunteer with us.

He has been with CARE since the beginning and continues to be a favorite volunteer of members he serves.  Pat is definitely someone who likes a challenge.  He has pulled many weeds, cut many bushes, blown many leaves, painted and so much more.  We are so fortunate and appreciate every minute that Pat spends Volunteering with us.

Pat really enjoyed serving with another original volunteer Leroy(on the right). Leroy has since passed but his support of CARE is certainly remembered.
