JOIN THE CARE NETWORK
CARE works to improve the quality of life of seniors currently residing in their homes throughout our nine partnering cities. Our dedicated Volunteers help with completing projects around their homes and property. Projects include assistance with minor home repairs, organizational projects, seasonal yard care, and more.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Homeowners, 60 and older who lives in any of the nine participating cities are eligible to join CARE. The cities include Cleveland Heights, Highland Heights, Lyndhurst, Maple Heights, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Richmond Heights, Solon and South Euclid.
WHAT IS THE COST?
If you meet the income eligibility guidelines there is no fee.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?
The 1 year membership includes 5 service appointments where volunteers assist based on Member priorities. The 5 service days are good for up to 1 year and can be scheduled once per month. Tools to complete the services are most often provided by the Volunteers. For members who meet income guidelines, there is no cost for supplies.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Once you have contacted us we will connect you with one of the Social Workers assigned to your city who will schedule some time to complete a basic over the phone assessment. A membership agreement will be mailed to you and once returned, you can schedule a service day. All memberships begin on the 1st of the month.
